This leading charity are going through a sustained period of growth and change who are currently investing heavily into their product teams and are now looking to add a Agile Manager who has knowledge of creating roadmaps and user experience as well as leading teams and implementing an agile approach to all that they do. The Agile Manager will play a pivotal role for a number of key products across various technologies and teams.
As the Agile Manager, you will be provided full training on some of the newest technologies, while also being able to offer your expertise within multivariate testing and optimisation as well as full product lifecycle experience. You will be able to take full advantage of their hybrid working approach being able to work from home 3-4 days per week.
Skills required for the Agile Manager are:
- Experience of Agile methodology implementation
- Excellent user experience knowledge
- Knowledge of road mapping and product modelling
- Good communication skills, written and verbal to interact with the charities stakeholder.
