Customer Experience Analyst
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Customer Experience Analyst with strong experience improving and developing customer experience strategies to join an award winning national charity (based completely remotely). As the Customer Experience Analyst, you will be supporting a national programme of change that aims to support millions of people across the UK!
The Customer Experience Analyst will analyse all processes and suggest changes where appropriate to optimise the customer experience for supporters up and down the country. Using As-Is and To-Be processes is key so using this you will have the chance to make a huge impact on a truly worthwhile cause.
In return the Customer Experience Analyst will have the chance to work in a very flexible environment offering 35 hour working weeks and the ability to work from home!
Skills required for the Customer Experience Analyst:
- Good experience analysing & suggesting improvements
- Strong understanding of Process Mapping and Documentation
- Any experience with tools such as Visio is a massive plus
- Strong communication skills

Salary: £32 000 - £35,000 + Excellent Benefits
Location: Can be fully remote but London based Head Office
Contract: This starts out as a 12 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC)
