As the Digital Engagement Manager, you will have the opportunity to deliver a brand new Digital Engagement plan as well as contribute to the ongoing wider roadmap.
This is a great opportunity for a Digital Engagement Manager to help address pain points within the customer journey that will ultimately build the organisation's digital presence. The Digital Engagement Manager will benefit from a very strong work-life balance including 35 hour working weeks along with the ability to work from home.
Skills required for the Digital Engagement Manager:
* Experience turning analytics into customer experience strategies
* Some experience in multiple digital research/testing strategies
* Passion for everything digital with understanding of customer experiences
* Excellent communication skills
