An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head of Agile Delivery to join a leading technology provider based in Central London. The successful Head of Agile Delivery must have experience of SCRUM, Kanban and Agile product delivery in order to build out your own Agile delivery team. It is also important you have experience of product development within Agile ways of working. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Agile Manager looking to progress their career at a fantastic organisation who encourage flexible working and working for home.
This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Head of Agile Delivery to lead on several very exciting projects where you will be responsible for the development and growth of your team, while having the opportunity to really make your mark on a very fast growing company. You will get to work with stakeholders across the business, so it is essential to be a confident communicator. You will also be expected to have full SDLC experience. Working for this leading organisation you will be able to work from home 2-3 days per week.
Skills required for the Head of Agile Delivery:
- Strong & proven Agile Delivery experience
- Experience of mentoring and managing teams
- Strong understanding SCRUM and Kanban
- Experience of implementing Agile Product delivery
- Confident communicator who is able to deal with a wide range of stakeholders
Head of Agile Delivery / Agile Manager / Agile Delivery Manager
Location: London Bridge / Hybrid
Salary: £80,000 - £90,000 + Brilliant benefits
