2nd Line Support Analyst
A brand new position has arisen for a 2nd Line Support Analyst to join a leading video game producer based in Cambridge with flexible working options. As the 2nd Line Support Analyst, it is important to have had experience working within Windows environments as well as having exposure to Active Directory within an IT support setting. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced IT Support Analyst to further their career with a ground-breaking company.
The 2nd Line Support Analyst will join a fantastic team and will gain the responsibilities of managing and deploying hardware and software to internal teams. This will require you to communicate with other team members and troubleshoot and resolve issues. A successful 2nd Line Support Analyst will be a friendly, approachable individual that has a keen interest in computers and can work both independently and as part of a team.
Skills required for the 2nd Line Support Analyst:
- A passion for computers with strong practical knowledge of PC hardware and software.
- Strong knowledge of Windows server and Office 365
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Experience within an IT support role

Salary: £25,000-£27,000 per year + Excellent benefits
