IT Support Analyst (2nd Line)

A brand new and exciting role has recently arose for an IT Support Analyst (2nd Line) with strong skills and knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365 and Intune to join a leading charity based in Euston, London, however this position can be hybrid. The IT Support Analyst (2nd Line) will work with various senior stakeholders to ensure the IT systems are running effectively and efficiently. You will work with various technologies and get the chance to learn specialist technologies. It is vital you have had experience of a large and busy service desk environment

This is a brilliant opportunity for an IT Support Analyst who has worked 2nd line previously to really take the next step in their career and learn a lot of skills within a fantastic organisation. Skills required for the IT Support Analyst (2nd Line):

- Excellent knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365

- Previous Service Desk Support experience
