IT Support Analyst (2nd Line) - 5 Month Contract - Inside IR35
A brand new and exciting role has arisen for an IT Support Analyst (2nd Line) to join a leading charity remotely for an initial 5-month contract. This leading charity are going through a sustained period of growth and are now looking IT Support Analyst to help with the day to day running of their IT systems including documentation, administration, and escalations.
As the IT Support Analyst (2nd Line), you need to have strong communication skills and have a wide variety of technology experience. They are looking for someone to start early January on an initial 5 months with a great possibility of extension. Please note this position is inside IR35.
Skills required for the IT Support Analyst (2nd Line) are:
- Proven 2nd line support experience
- Experience of documentation and administration
- Ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Brilliant communication skills
