A brand new and exciting role has arisen for an IT Support Analyst (2nd Line) with strong skills and knowledge around all things IT and service desk support to join a globally recognised charity based in London however this position can be remote. This is a brilliant opportunity for an IT Support Analyst (2nd Line) to really take the next step in their career and learn a lot of skills and technologies. It is essential that you have experience of Active Directory and Ticketing systems.
As the IT Support Analyst (2nd Line), you will be responsible for all of the systems providing technical support where possible and escalating any issues to the 3rd line analysts.
