A very exciting and brand-new opportunity has arisen for a Service Delivery Manager who is confident in managing all things Networks, business applications and Service Desk as well as programmes to join this fantastic organisation on a permanent basis based in London. Working for this public sector organisation you will be reporting into the Director of Digital, Data and Technology and be the vocal point for the technology department for all BAU responsibilities. It is vital that you have experience of managing a large team where you can drive the high standards expected of employees to provide support to the wider business. As the Service Delivery Manager it is vital you have a wide range of technical knowledge to be able to lead the Digital service operations as the council embark on a very exciting period.
As the Service Delivery Manager you will need experience in managing a wide variety of stakeholders. While also being able to work with other Heads of to assist in project planning and budget management. It is essential to have experience and be certified within ITIL to be considered for this opportunity. You will be joining at a brilliant time as the council is leading the way of innovative technology driven solutions that will change who they operate and the constituents they serve.
Skills required for the Service Delivery Manager are:
- Proven experience as a Service Delivery Manager
- Management experience of a large team
- Wide range of technical knowledge including ITIL
- Proven Digital Service experience
