Service Delivery Manager
A brand new and exciting role has just arisen for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join a leading charity based in Farringdon, Central London. As the Service Delivery Manager you will have experience of working in an ITIL environment while also being exposed to incident / problem management. This is a great chance for someone to work for a leading charity that have a brilliant working environment whilst still getting the chance to learn new skills and develop your career.
As the Service Delivery Manager you will be responsible for all SLA's and OLA's while also ensuring that the Service Delivery team are working at their most effective. The Service Delivery Manager will be working closely with a wide variety of IT teams to ensure the continued development of the IT services. Working for a leading charity as the Service Delivery Manager you will be working closely with a number of senior stakeholders and be crucial in the development of the charities IT environment. Please note that this position is hybrid with 2 days a week in the office.
Skills required for the Service Delivery Manager are-
- Excellent knowledge of ITIL
- An understanding and experience of working within an Agile environment
- Great communication skills
