The Challenges

When our initial collaboration with Save the Children began, it centred mainly around the IT and Technology sector of the organisation. However, when an urgent requirement emerged for a Marketing Manager to fill a vital 6-month fixed-term contract, Save the Children turned to us for assistance. This need became apparent as a result of two staff members transitioning to secondments, which created an immediate vacancy within their team. Save the Children was in search of a trusted recruitment partner capable of promptly identifying qualified candidates to fulfil this crucial role.

The Solution

Our collaboration with Save the Children started when Fay Stanton, the Recruitment Partner for IT/Tech roles, referred our services to Renee Matthews, who manages Digital/Marketing roles within the organisation. Given our excellent track record with Fay, they trusted us to deliver results in this new area.

With a clear understanding of the urgency and the unique nature of the 6-month FTC, we promptly engaged with Save the Children to identify suitable candidates. We used our expertise to advise them on potential candidates' seniority levels and educated them on competitive salary packages to ensure we attracted top talent.
